Gonna try this again

It's been a while since I've posted on this blog. I had just started when everything had to come to full stop and we had to pack up and move to California. I haven't stopped crafting. Have made a few things since we landed back in Cali. I hope soon to be able to post a few pictures of what I've done and what I want to do.

Things completed and in progress

This is a little bag that I recently finished. I copied the pattern from a library book about 13 years ago. I can't remember the name of the book but the pattern is from the 70's. It's lined too.

A Bunch of New Things

Soon we will have a new president, which somehow seems fitting for this new year. In in the spirit of newness I decided to start my own blog.

I love crafts, especially anything having to do with crochet, knitting and sewing. I've named my blog "A Small Hook" because that is the english definition of crochet - which I have a special fondness for.

I feel like I've moved into a new house that I have to paint and decorate. This is going to be fun once I get myself up to speed.
